Ingredienser:
300gr Kyllingfilet
Paprika
Løk
Purreløk
Vann
Olje
Koriander
Gurkemeie
Chilli pulver
Ingefær
Papadums
Framgangsmåte:
Varm opp olje i stekepanne, Hakk opp så mye grønnsaker du ønsker, Stek Kyllingen og ha i kryddrene. Tilsett 1/2 kopp vann og deretter sausen. Skru ned varmen mens det småkoker i 5-7 minuter.
Når det er ferdig tar du Papadums som er penslet litt med olje og steker dem i oven i ca 1 minutt. Det er viktig at dem ikke blir penslet for mye for da blir ikke brødene bra. Også må man følge med at de ikke blir svidd,for det er fort gjort.
Man kan godt også servere retten med Indisk nan brød eller ris. Alt etter hva du selv liker. Husk også å krydre etter din egen smak, jeg selv liker det veldig sterkt!

Å smelte sukker for å få karamell er ikke spesielt enkelt og i hvertfall ikke særlig barnevennlig, så jeg liker å bruke ferdige karamellprodukter. Favoritten min er Hapå, konsistensen er lett å arbeide med og karamellsmaken såpass intens at du ikke trenger så mye av den.
